Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and scanned, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier scans your package.
Delivered But Not Received
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly for further assistance. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Orders Returned to Us
If an order is returned due to an undeliverable address, we will:
- Receive & Notify: If your order is returned to us, we will notify you.
- Request an Updated Address: Our team will reach out to confirm a corrected delivery address.
- Reship Your Order: Once we have the updated address, we will resend your package and provide a new tracking number.
Address Corrections
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Provide your name, order confirmation number, and the corrected address to facilitate the update.
